First time I’ve been this chippy & my goodness it won’t be my last. The lady who served me, I think she was the owner, was so nice and friendly we had a proper little chat. We had a mistake with the salt and vinegar, so I just had to wait a few minutes for the chips to be cooked. Wow they were amazing and well worth waiting for. I honestly think they were the best chip shop food I’ve ever had. I can’t begin to tell you how nice they were. I shall definitely go again, in fact I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Dave’s chippy for the best chippy tea.

If I write that this could be one of the best Fish Shop in the U.K. probably most people will say nah, it couldn't be. The best one is... (location). I really like fish and chips and I tried one in Devon, Cornwall, up and down in Wales and I tell you, fish and chips from Dave's is fantastic. Fish is fresh and tender, the batter thin and crispy and the chips... Just perfect. We should care about small businesses like Dave's. They're preparing food with passion for neighbours, who live around them. If you're a fish and chips lover you are obligated to try Dave's one.

Amazing Chippy. Dave's is arguably the best Chippy in Newcastle under Lyme. Best taste, best value and lovely staff. I hadn't been in since the 90's, I moved away. So glad I came back just for Dave's Chippy. Amazing 👌

10/10 best customer service I’ve had whilst in Stoke on Trent. Made fresh battered fish in front of our eyes and picked the biggest ones for us 😍 Brilliant, can’t wait to tuck in! Will be back for the large Yorkshire pudding! Again 10/10 service from the lovely lady and older gentleman! 😀
